Fall 2024 Registration Information

¿No habla inglés?

Registration for the Fall 2024 is closed. We are sorry, but we cannot take any more players at this time.

How to register

  1. Create an account or log in to an existing account using your primary email address (Stack Sports now using a single-login across sports leagues based on your email address). Please create only one account per family and use the parent/guardian's information to create the account; NOT the player's! One additional person (e.g., another parent, guardian, or family member) may be added and linked to the account during the creation process. Others may be added later once the account has been created.
  2. Add participants (players). For players new to Region 42 Newbury Park, proof of date of birth is required (birth certificate, passport, or baptismal certificate, etc.) and should be uploaded into the registration system. If you have issues uploading your document(s), please email the Registrar at [email protected]
  3. Register for the Fall Soccer program
    1. You must use electronic signature ("eSign") to indicate that you accept all agreements and waivers
    2. The early bird registration fee is $160 per player until April 30. The regular registration fee of $200 will apply thereafter. Any player registered after May 15 will be waitlisted. A limited number of scholarships are available for low-income families or those with limited financial resources. Please email the Registrar at [email protected] for details.
    3. Payment online by credit or debit card is preferred. For players on our waitlist, payment will not be required unless your player is activated.
    4. If you must pay by cash or check, complete the registration process up to the payment section and email the Registrar at [email protected]
    5. If you are unable to complete the online registration, or have difficulties with the process, please email the Registrar at [email protected]

  4. A skills evaluation for new players in our 10U and older divisions MAY be required in order to balance teams. Additional information will be communicated at a later date.

Please see our frequently asked questions (FAQ).

AYSO VIP Program

The AYSO Very Important Players (VIP) Program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams. VIP teams may include those who are:

  • Blind or visually impaired
  • Amputees or with conditions that impair mobility
  • Mentally or emotionally challenged
  • Autistic
  • Down syndrome
  • Cerebral Palsy

These youngsters are Very Important Players (VIP) in AYSO. We recognize that all children need to feel a sense of belonging and acceptance. The VIP program offers that acceptance and carries the AYSO philosophy of Everyone Plays® to new heights – giving everyone a chance to play.

VIP is an alternative for young people choosing to enjoy modified rules, field size, and assistance of a helpful "buddy" on the field as needed. Anyone ages 5 – 18 years, regardless of disability, is welcome to register.

Players looking to register for VIP may do so at Region 9 Thousand Oaks, Region 4 in Agoura Hills or Region 68 in Camarillo.

Additional general information on the AYSO VIP Program is also available at the VIP page on the National AYSO site.

AYSO EXTRA™ and AYSO United

AYSO EXTRA™ is a competitive soccer program for players who want to play at a more competitive level. We do not offer this program, but some of our neighboring regions do, including Region 9 Thousand Oaks and Region 68 Camarillo. Information concerning those tryouts can be found on the respective websites. More information about the program in general may be found at the AYSO National web site.

AYSO United is a competitive soccer program that plays under the auspices of the CalSouth club soccer league. Players in this program will compete against local club teams such as Newbury Park Soccer Club, LA Galaxy Conejo Valley, or Real SoCal. Information concerning their tryouts can be found at our local United program, AYSO United Rancho Conejo. For more information about United in general, please see the AYSO United web site.
