Coaches & Referees
For Coaches
Welcome to the Panther Shootout Tournament. Please arrive for check-in about an hour before your first match.
Bring your Game Cards and
Player Release Forms.
Five game cards must be printed on card stock paper using the template below.
List players in jersey number order.
Every player takes part in the Shootout Competition:
five kickers and one goalkeeper for each of the three shootouts held after every pool play.
One of the game cards is used in the Shootout to track participation.
See tournament rules for more details.
Every player receives a tournament pin. Food vendors will be available at the tournament.
For Referees
All referees must register using the form below.
A link to self schedule will be provided via email to each registered referee
with additional instructions the week of the tournament.
Check in at Referee HQ at least 25 minutes before your assignment so your match is recorded
and credited to your team. Stand-by referees should check in 25 minutes before and wait
5 minutes after kick-off in case a substitution is needed.
Teams sending three referees who collectively fulfill the nine-match obligation
(typically 3 referees × 3 matches) will receive the full
$225 deposit refund mailed to the region address specified in the referee submission form.
Breakfast, lunch, and a small gift are provided by Tournament HQ to each participating referee.
Standard AYSO kit required (whistle, watch, flags, cards). Arrive early and be ready

Field Monitors:
Field Monitors provide an essential service by keeping communication flowing between
Tournament HQ, Referee HQ, Security, and EMT. In case of injury or safety concern,
the Field Monitor must immediately radio Tournament HQ and report the situation.
Please pick up your orange vest and radio at check-in and
return them at the end of your shift.

Field Setup:
As many of you know, we build goals every Saturday morning during the regular Core season —
the Panther Shootout is no exception. Since we’re hosting 40+ visiting teams,
we need to assemble the goals ourselves. Please bring work gloves
and arrive as early as possible (around 6:00 AM is preferred).
Setup should be complete by 7:30 AM.
For Parents
NO DOGS are allowed on the tournament grounds —
please help us keep players safe and the fields clean by leaving pets at home.
Food trucks will be available on-site throughout the tournament.
