SNACK SHACK SCHEDULING
WELCOME TO THE 2013 AYSO SOCCER SEASON!
This year, for the first time, we are using an online self-scheduling scheduling system for our Pepper Tree Snack Shack. The system is located at http://www.cgisports.com/vol/5190 (This link will open in a new window)
USING THE SNACK SHACK SCHEDULING SYSTEM
Snack Shack Scheduler Instructions
Step 1: Select the "Snack Shack Scheduler" link from the Schedules page, or the Schedules pull-down menu.
Step 2: When prompted, enter "volunteer" for the username and password, then click on the Logon button.
Step 3: Highlight the category of "Snack Shack" or "Snack Shack BBQ" or both (using your shift key) to obtain the availability schedule.
Step 4: In an open slot, type in your team division and team number, followed by your first and last name.
Step 5: Click on the “Make Request” button at the bottom of the page to submit and save your timeslot.
THIS IS IT – YOU ARE DONE!
Things to note:
Once you submit your name in a timeslot, the system will not allow you to make a change.
You can go into the system at any time to confirm the date and timeslot that you have submitted.
Please provide our volunteers the courtesy of not making last minute changes, unless of course it’s an emergency. If we are not able to cover your timeslot, we will be shorthanded in the Snack Shack.
