Snack Shack Scheduler Instructions

Step 1: Select the "Snack Shack Scheduler" link from the Schedules page, or the Schedules pull-down menu.

Step 2: When prompted, enter "volunteer" for the username and password, then click on the Logon button.

Step 3: Highlight the category of "Snack Shack" or "Snack Shack BBQ" or both (using your shift key) to obtain the availability schedule.
Click on the View Records button.

Step 4: In an open slot, type in your team division and team number, followed by your first and last name.

For example: If you are representing Team 4 in the U10 Boys Division, you would enter "U10B-4".
If you are representing Team 8 in the U8 Girls Division, you would enter "U8G-8".
Team numbers can be found on the Game Schedule page for your division, next to the coach's name.
The team division and team number are the most important detail to assure your team gets credit.

Step 5: Click on the “Make Request” button at the bottom of the page to submit and save your timeslot.
You will then see a screen confirming the shift you signed-up for.

THIS IS IT – YOU ARE DONE!
Please be sure to make a note of when you are scheduled. You will NOT receive a reminder from the system.

Things to note:

Once you submit your name in a timeslot, the system will not allow you to make a change.
Please email our Snack Shack Coordinator, Michelle Hinds, to inform her of any changes needed.
Examples of needing a change include:

• You input the information on the wrong date in error
• You find out later that you can't commit to the timeslot and you have to move your date and/or time
• You mistyped or forgot to include pertinent information and need to correct the entry
• You want to substitute your name with another parent on the team.

You can go into the system at any time to confirm the date and timeslot that you have submitted.

Please provide our volunteers the courtesy of not making last minute changes, unless of course it’s an emergency. If we are not able to cover your timeslot, we will be shorthanded in the Snack Shack.
