Its time again to start thinking about what your child will be doing this fall! This season we will again not be mailing out registration forms. A parent or legal guardian must come to one of our walk-up registration sessions to register their players.

The registration sessions listed above are being held at:
PEPPERTREE PARK
Reino Rd and Old Conejo Rd, Newbury Park

$105.00 per player
(Discounts for multi-player families)
Siblings are $95.00 for the 1st sibling,
$85 for the 2nd sibling, and all additional siblings.

Registration payment must be by cash or check.  Sorry, no credit cards accepted.

Registration fees include a uniform (socks, shorts, and jersey) and a standard picture package.  The rest of your registration fees help to pay for park usage fees, utilities, field upkeep and maintenance, insurance, etc.

All first-time players and those who did not play in Region 42 last year MUST bring a copy of their birth certificate or other legal proof of age.  If you do not have a legal proof of age, and they did not play in AYSO Region 42 last year, the player cannot be registered.

Only a parent or legal guardian may sign-up their child, pay the registration fee, and sign the appropriate forms.

If the player was born on or before 7/31/00, and did not play in Region 42 last year, they may be called later for a field evaluation.

You will be entitled to a refund if you request one using the appropriate form, ‘Request for Player Drop/Refund’, before 6/30/08.  All refunds will be subject to a deduction for incurred expenses.
After 6/30/08 there will be no refunds.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
